Complaint Guide

To make a complaint, we need the following information:

Your name

Your order number

Which product the complaint concerns

A detailed description of the defect in the product

Photos or a video showing the problem

Please note that proof in the form of photos or videos of the problem is necessary to make a complaint.

Once you have gathered all the necessary information, send it via email to info@caseonline.se. 

Send Complaint with Template

Most complaints can be resolved via email, so we ask that you do not send any products back until you have contacted us via email. In some cases, we may need to get the product back, which will be communicated with an approved complaint.

All products are checked during packing and delivery. If you receive a defective product, please report this within three days, and we will replace the product immediately. The product must not show any signs of use.

NOTE! It is very important that any original packaging is intact and that any seals are unbroken.
