Cancellation of online order
You can request a cancellation of a placed order if your order has the status: "Processing order".
You can see this under My orders by logging into your account, or creating an account with the email address you used on the order.
You request the cancellation by contacting our customer service.
If the product you ordered is already packed, you cannot cancel the order, but may make a custom product return.
