Delivery Times
Orders placed before 14:00 (weekdays excluding holidays) are processed the same day. We deliver products to countries within the EU and Norway. The delivery time is normally 3 to 7 business days within Sweden and approximately 5 to 10 business days to the rest of Europe.
The delivery is made directly to the address you provided at the time of ordering. If a delivery takes longer, it is likely due to the postal service and not CaseOnline Sweden AB.
We always strive to ship orders placed on weekdays before 14:00 on the same day. Exceptions apply to orders placed on Fridays after 14:00, which will be shipped on the next business day.
Delivery Methods
PostNord Letter (Class 1)
Used for orders with lower weight, volume, and value, which are delivered directly to your mailbox. The shipment will then be delivered directly to your mailbox with a class 1 letter. If the shipment is too large, it can be picked up at the nearest postal agent after an SMS or letter notification is delivered to your mailbox. Letters do NOT receive a tracking number and therefore cannot be tracked on PostNord’s website.
PostNord Commodity Letter (Class 1)
The shipment is delivered directly to your mailbox or to your postal agent, and you will receive an SMS from PostNord. The shipment is then trackable with a tracking number within Sweden.
PostNord Recommended Letter (Class 1)
The shipment is delivered directly to your mailbox or to your postal agent, and you will receive an SMS from PostNord. The shipment is then trackable with a tracking number within Sweden.

Unclaimed Packages / Incorrect Address
Shipments delivered to a pickup location remain there for 7 days before being returned to us. For shipments that are not claimed and are returned to us, a fee of 120 SEK including VAT is charged to cover CaseOnline Sweden AB’s costs for return shipping, shipping fees, and administrative costs. Please note that unclaimed shipments do not qualify as exercising the right of withdrawal. To use the right of withdrawal, you must first collect the ordered item and then return it. Returns that come to us due to incorrect address details are automatically credited, and a new order must be placed.
Delays
We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays may occur. Therefore, we do not guarantee delivery on a specific day and always reserve the right for delays. We also reserve the right to cancel your order if issues arise with our deliveries or payment processing.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Force Majeure (such as war, natural disasters, strikes, fires, or non-delivery from our supplier), CaseOnline is not responsible for delays.
