Delivery time

Orders placed before 14.00 (non-holiday weekdays) are processed on the same day. We deliver products to countries within the EU and Norway. Delivery time is normally 2 to 6 working days in Sweden and about 5-10 working days to the rest of Europe.

Delivery takes place directly to the address you have specified at the time of ordering. If a delivery takes longer, it is probably due to the postal service and not CaseOnline Sweden AB.

We always strive to send the orders that are made weekdays before 14 o'clock the same day, exceptions apply to orders that are made Friday after 14 o'clock will be delivered together with Monday's orders.

Delivery options

PostNord Port Letter (1st class)

Used for orders with less weight, volume and value that are delivered directly to your mailbox, the shipment will then be delivered directly to your mailbox with 1st class letters. If the shipment is too large, it will be picked up at the nearest postal agent after the SMS or letter notice has been delivered to your mailbox. Letters do not receive a tracking number and can therefore not be traced on PostNord's website.

PostNord Commodity Letter (1st class)

Shipments with higher weight and price are often sent by delivery method PostNord Varubrev 1st class. The shipment will then be delivered directly to your mailbox or to your postal agent and you will receive an SMS from PostNord. The shipment is then traceable with tracking numbers within Sweden.


Delivery cost of 39:- will be added at checkout. We offer free shipping from 500:-.

Unredeemed packages / incorrectly specified address

Shipments delivered to the delivery point are there for 14 days before being returned to us. For shipments that have not been triggered and will be returned to us, a fee of SEK 120 including VAT will be charged to cover CaseOnline Sweden AB's costs for return shipping, shipping fee and administrative fee. Note that uncollected consignments do not count as exercise of the right of withdrawal. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you as a customer need to pick up the ordered item and then return it. Returns that come to us due to incorrect address information are automatically credited and a new order must be placed.


We do our best to deliver as soon as possible, but sometimes delays can occur. We therefore do not guarantee delivery to a specific day and always reserve ourselves for delays. We reserve the right to cancel your order if there are problems with deliveries to us or problems with payment.

In the event of unforeseen events beyond our control, Force Majeure, (such as war, natural disaster, strike, fire or non-delivery from our subcontractor), CaseOnline is not responsible for delays.
