Fill out the return document

• Print the document and fill in all necessary details, including order number, product name, and reason for return.

• Place the completed return document along with the product you wish to return.

• Ensure all details are correctly filled out to avoid delays in processing your return.

• Place the product in its original packaging.

• Include all accessories, manuals, and other components that came with the product.

• Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transportation.

• Post the package and send it to the specified return address.

• Keep the receipt from the post office as proof that you have sent the return.

• Once we have received your return, it may take up to 7 days for us to process it.

• You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.

• After we have processed your return, the refund will be made within 2-5 banking days.

• The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Note! It is very important that any original packaging is intact and that any seals are unbroken.
